31 day Disney Challenge - Day 27 and Day 28

Day 27:
character I'm most like: I guess it's Belle because of loving books an feeling like beeing odd and Elsa because.. I can't really put it into words but still...

Day 28:

Pixar or traditional animation: I guess I take what I get and I'm fine with it. 

Toy Story and Monster INC works great the way it is made but I just love the handdrawn expression sheets drawn for Rapunzel or any other 3D animated character :) If I'm forced to choose I think I like handdrawn animation a tiny bit better but I'm happy with both.

31 day Disney Challenge - Day 25 and Day 26

Day 25: funniest moment:

I choose a bunch of the best to make this pic :) Genie and his neck, Jafar and Iago plotting to marry Jasmine, Hercules and Megara, Hades and his henchmen Pain and Panic, the three good fairies from Sleeping Beauty, hit a guy with glasses, Mulan trying to behave like a man. :) There are so many more I didn't put in here though.

Day 26: saddest moment

As a child, I thought, as many others did, that Mufasas death and Simba trying to wake him up is the saddest. I found now that I think these two moments the most sad.

Beast letting Belle go - in the musical version it is even more touching, since he sings a reprise of  the song 'If I can't love her'
Elsa mourning for her sister -  think that the last of your loved ones is gone and you believe it's your fault - impossible to describe.

31 day Disney Challenge - Day 20, Day 21 and Day 22

Day 20:
favourite soundtrack: The Lion King and Pocahontas were the ones I listened to most when I was a kid and they are still my favourites.

I would have loved to include 'If I never knew you' but the hun version was never made - Disney didn't think it worth to make the hun dub for the anniversary version :( I love the version sung by Michael Crawford and Sherie René Scott most. Crawford has a Disney Album I just love.

Day 21:
favourite sequel: I'm mostly neutral about sequels (Except Mulan 2 - I think it turned out terrible) but Toy Story sequels are pretty good, if Pixar counts, otherwise I'd choose the third Lion King.

Day 22:
favourite Pixar film: Toy Story and Inside Out

I saw Toy Story in an open air movie theatre when I was about 8 and immediately liked the toys beeing alive idea. Inside out is something so different and interesting and still full of magic, it's really a lovely movie! 

31 day Disney Challenge - Day 18 and Day 19

Day 18: favourite villain:
It's got to be Hades, he is such a funny one :)

Day 19:

favourite scene: impossible to pick just one there are so many! I'll try: The three good fairies preparing Auroras birthday and Wreck-it-Ralph and Vanellope making the cart. These are two of my absolute favourites - I often rewatch them :)

Funny thing, both scenes include baking. One has to learn form the best bakers :D

31 day Disney Challenge - Day 17

Day 17: favourite couple:
Belle and her Prince, Hercules and Megara, Rapunzel and Eugene and last but not least, Simba and Nala!

These fourcouples are so differen that I can't compare them and they show different aspects of love, I think. :) I like that none of them likes immediately the other but slowely grows to like her/ him. Okay, maybe Hercules is an exception but still... you get the point. :)

31 day Disney Challenge - Day 15 and Day 16

Day 15: favourite location:
I thought about his one a lot and came to the conclusion that I prefer woods. But not woods full of scary wolves but a nice friendly one, maybe with a place to stay - and so I arrived at the cottage of the seven dwarves :)

So pretty and peaceful :)

Day 16: favourite opening: I'm in the minority, I guess, I like the first one - it means it's Disney time - at least for me. And most of my favourite movies started with that one :)
